Our homes are the BEST because we use the highest quality products available and employ some practices that other area builders do not. Such as, all studs in all walls are 16” on center, hurricane straps are installed to help prevent against tornado wind damage, and our concrete is poured to withstand 3500 psi.
Why should I purchase a new home instead of renting?
Purchasing a home has many benefits in contrast to renting the same home. Besides the personal pride that comes with home ownership, the interest and property tax of your monthly payment is tax deductible. The annual appreciation of your home in this area is around 5%, so if you make a $140,000 home purchase now, next year your home would be worth around $147,000.
How do I know how much I can afford when selecting a new home?
Our onsite sales agents are trained to help you make an informed and educated decision in the amount of home you can afford. Of course that decision also hinges on a few other factors such as; how much debt you have, how much cash you have on hand to make a down payment if you desire to do so and your annual income.
How much of a down payment do I need?
A down payment may not be necessary. We have programs available that you may qualify for that require no down payment. Remember a home purchase is still the number one investment you can make with your money.
What are the price ranges of our homes?
Brester Homes prides itself on offering the BEST homes for the BEST price. We have a wide range of homes available in all price ranges, beginning with the starter home in the low $100’s to the larger home for the established family in the upper $100’s.

Am I limited to just a few floor plans to choose from?
No, we have over 25 different floor plans available. From 2 story homes to ranch style homes to a home on a basement, you can be assured that we have a floor plan that will meet your needs.
We are a production builder, but we do work with you in making minor changes
to the floor plan to accommodate your desires. We also have many 2 story plans
with the master suite on the first floor.
What kind of warranties are offered on our homes?
