WARRANTY CLAIM
INFORMATION
Brester Homes includes a 1 year registered builder
limited warranty with the purchase of every brand new
Brester home. The warranty covers materials and
workmanship for the first year after the date that you
close on your new home. However, it doesn't cover any
typical homeowner maintenance items like changing your
light bulbs or replacing your air filters. Brester Homes
also provides a 2-10 year structural warranty that can
be transferred to another buyer if you sell your home
within the ten year time frame. Your kitchen appliances,
air conditioning and heating, and roof, just to name a
few examples, are covered by the manufacturers’
warranties that Brester Homes passes along to you at
closing. These manufacturers' warranties supplement the
protection offered by the 1 year registered builder
limited warranty and the 2-10 Home Builder’s Limited
Warranty.
